Rize Mortgage maintains a commercial Third-Party Originator (TPO) referral program that allows professional brokers and referral partners to collaborate on business-purpose financing opportunities. This program is structured to comply with applicable federal and state law, including governing referral arrangements, licensing, and commercial lending practices.
Rize Mortgage’s referral program is offered at multiple engagement levels, each defining the referral partner’s role and the scope of collaboration. All partnerships are governed by a written agreement and are subject to eligibility review and compliance protocols.
What borrowers typically qualify for
Tier 1 - Referral Partner
Low-touch referral engagement
Partners in this tier submit basic prospect contact information. Rize Mortgage assumes responsibility for loan structuring, borrower communication, underwriting facilitation, documentation, and closing execution. The referral partner remains informed within the bounds of applicable law and privacy standards.
Tier 2 - Collaborative Partner
Shared engagement
Participants in this tier maintain engagement with the borrower throughout the process, assist in gathering documentation, and work collaboratively with Rize Mortgage on loan delivery and execution. Defined responsibilities and compensation terms are set forth in the partnership agreement.
Tier 3 – Elite Partner
Advanced referral partnership
This tier is for experienced, high-producing professionals with a demonstrable track record in commercial mortgage transactions. Elite partners may receive enhanced collaboration support, priority execution resources, and expanded engagement opportunities, subject to approval and ongoing compliance monitoring.
